Clean property, extraordinary service-minded and helpful employees on shift. Nice building and rooms where the fan in the bathroom stayed on. Outstanding meals with cold drinks. All in all exceptionally nice location, near the airport and Mission Viejo and a shopping center with good restaurants, In & Out Burger, Islands, Red Robin.

I liked that the facilities were clean and they offered breakfast in the morning. The staff was helpful and were approachable.

I was not too keen on the paper thin walls. I felt like I heard everything that was going on in the other bedrooms.

Everything about the place and location. Easy to get to off the toll road. The breakfast was outstanding. We will stay again as long as they supply a shower curtain.

The only thing we disliked about our stay was when i went to take my shower in the early AM there was no shower curtain. We used a couple of large trash bags to make a curtain.

Booked room online. Was $50 more than cited price. Took two weeks and multiple calls to get refund as front desk staff are not empowered to charge quoted price.

Thank you for a really nice stay. The hotel is so quiet, the staff is helpful. The breakfast is warm with hot meal from 6-10am during the weekday, the pastries, and the service is good. The location of the property in Lake Forest is exceptionally nice, close to a shopping center with good restaurants, In & Out Burger, Islands, Red Robin, Dollar store, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Target and many more and an awesome hike.

The property is clean. The rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfy. It boasts an unbeatable location close to good restaurants, In & Out Burger, Islands, Red Robin, Dollar store, Walmart. There is also a scenic park just a 10-minute drive away.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection including delicious waffles, coffee, and bacon. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, always ready to assist us no matter the time of day. The hotel is conveniently located close to several restaurants and stores, making it easy for us to find something to eat and shop for anything we needed. The location was also convenient for transportation, with easy access to the toll road.
